Phil Collins' daughter Lily stars in Vanity Fair Hollywood Issue

Miss Collins, 22, who was born in Guildford, in Surrey, rose to fame after she played the daughter of Sandra Bullock's character in the Oscar-winning film The Blind Side.

Since then she has featured alongside stars including Paul Bettany and has been cast with Julia Roberts in the Snow White adaptation Mirror Mirror.

She was named one of the "Breakout Stars to Watch" last year by a website run by MTV.

Her father, the drummer with the pop group Genesis, is estimated to have earned around 115m from his music, which includes the hits Against All Odds and Easy Lover.

Among the other stars on the Vanity Fair Cover are Rooney Mara, 26, who played Lisbeth Salander in a film adaptation of Stieg Larsson's novel The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and the British actress Felicity Jones, 28, an Oxford University graduate who starred in last year's award-winning film Like Crazy.

The March issue of Vanity Fair is on sale on Friday.
